The Spiroll element is a presstressed extruido concrete element, that has ductos conductors integrated in its transversal section lengthwise that allows to reduce the weight and perform the electrical, sanitary and ventilation installations through them. The mentioned element is fundamentally used as space between galleries, but it is also used as frontage, load-bearing walls and side walls.

The Spiroll element has been really well accepted and divulged in all continents, and today is considered one of the systems with more future in the precast industry.

The Spiroll element is produced in really well equipped plants with advanced technologies and specialized labor, offering great aesthetic, technical and operating characteristics, guaranteed by a rigorous quality control. For its manufacture concrete f’c=350 kg/cm2 is used or with an aggregate of ¾" or ½", lessening 5 cms. and presstressed steel (K-270) fsp=19,000 kg/cm2 in thorons of ½" and ³/₈" or wires with a diameter of 5 and 6 mm. (K-250).
